A food and drink treat! Located in Salisbury Market Place, the event was a food and drink extravaganza featuring a fantastic array of local food producers and suppliers.
Food demos, tastings, local chefs, an array of food vendors and the Salisbury Vegan Fair joined us in the Market Place which was enjoyed by all. There was also fab live music acts throughout the day.
14 fantastic bakers entered into The Great Salisbury Bake Off with fantastic cakes such as Victoria Sponges, fictional character cakes and fruit cakes. Judges were impressed by all entries and 4 winners got their hands on fab prizes from The Cake Forge, Waitrose Cookery School and Charter 1227 Catering.
